Your Ass will Thank Me Later!

If you haven't joined us for our Total Body Conditioning class, you are missing out! I have designed a workout that will gently push you to your fitness edge. The class can be comprised of any or all of the following: weight circuits, cardiovascular intervals, and body weight stabilization. 


I'm a leg girl, so I love doing squats and lunges to help tighten and slim the calves, thighs, and butt. Don't get me wrong, the class will be filled with your share of upper body exercises to help women feel more confident when wearing sleeveless shirts, tanks, and dresses! No body part, no muscle will feel neglected when I'm finished with you! And like I said, your ass will thank me!
